- the duration of our free annual service, cleaning and loan of a CAROLINE printer is 3 years, i.e. during the manufacturer's warranty period.
- this return workshop service for overhaul and cleaning with printer loan obviously does not include spare parts for any repairs to a damaged printer.
- In the event of a breakdown, the manufacturer's warranty will apply, and in the event of damage outside the scope of the manufacturer's warranty, we will send you an additional repair estimate, which you must sign and return to us before we or the manufacturer can carry out any work on your printer.
