The differences compared to the standard MAGICARD printers :
- Dedicated and guaranteed consumables always cheaper than on the Rio Pro and Enduro3E models
- A free hotline for 3 years.
- One free workshop return per year during the 3-year warranty period, for a complete overhaul and cleaning of your printer with the loan of a printer while waiting for its return to your site. (excluding spare parts or possible repairs)
Details on the scope of this annual revision:
- the duration during which we will provide the free annual revision, cleaning and loan of a CAROLINE printer is 3 years, i.e. during the manufacturer's warranty period.
- This return to the workshop for revision and cleaning with loan of the printer does not of course include spare parts for possible repairs of a damaged printer.
- In the event of a breakdown, the manufacturer's guarantee will apply and in the event of deterioration outside the scope of the manufacturer's guarantee, a complementary repair estimate will be sent to you by us and will have to be signed by you before any intervention by us or the manufacturer on your printer.
